When the author of FotNS found out about this he wa shock. As in, he thought it was stupid.

It's been at least a decade since I watched the filler episodes, but I think the guy using it was a fat guy in a top hat too. The "martial art" is called "Nanto Ressha Ho" in the series.

it is boring until episode 20 but after that it becomes good to watch. Took me like half a year to get to ep20 cuz it isnt that interesting but after that im just binge watching it cuz it is good
@STORM LORD Yeah. Just recently i finished hokuto no ken 2. Hokuto no ken ended up being better than i thought it just wasnt as interesting in those 20 episodes cuz you got so much filler and in later episodes the plot goes crazy and in hokuto 2 it doesnt even make sense :D id give this show a 8½/10

I like to imagine that kenshiro would somehow be driving a car and making it perform beyond normal/realistic parameters and even literally defy the laws of physics at super speeds... By performing hokuto no shinken techniques on the steering wheel peddles and shifter.
